Instructions:

- Straight‑on shot (looking directly at the camera!) making sure eyes and features are easily visible

- No filters, enhancement, makeup, tanner, glasses or anything changing your natural features.

- Taken in natural light, if possible outdoors and if not near a window (avoid direct sunlight, shadows and backlighting)

- Ensure high resolution

- Wear a white shirt or fabric

- Tie your hair back
